The Appellate Court of San Cristobal ordered immediate release of Pedro Alejandro Castillo Paniagua (Quirinito) and Antonio Padilla Santiago Loaiza, who since January 17 are in prison illegally.

Lawyers for Padilla and Santiago Castillo Paniagua, both accused of murdering the Spanish Adolfo Justo Cervantes Arellano (Waikiki), argued that their clients are imprisoned without a reasoned written order of a competent authority.
